Check-in - Arrival 4pm departure 10am

Booking Deposit - A deposit of 20% of rent is required on booking. Non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Remaining balance is due 2 months before arrival. In the event of cancellation, the balance remains payable if the property is not re-let. Hirers should take out Cancellation Insurance.

Bed Linen and Towel Hire - Hollow fibre duvets and pillows are supplied. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent. Duvet cover, bed sheet, pillowcases, bath, hand and tea towels can be hired at £9.00 per set. (£18 for a double bed set) Paid with final balance.

Telephone and Electricity - neither is coin operated. Please read electricity meter and note time and duration of phone calls. Payment on departure.

Cot Hire - £10 per week. per week. Wooden frame with drop side. Mattress 520mm x 1150mm. Cot bedding not supplied. High chairs available on request, free of charge.

Extra Fold Down Bed - £20.00 per week (includes duvet and pillow).

Dogs - £15.00 per week per dog. Must be kept out of bedrooms.

Disabled - Some properties are suitable for disabled guests. The office will advise.

Discount - 10% discount for bookings of 4 weeks or more (same property).

Information - each property has a folder with maps, useful addresses and phone numbers.

Damage - Guests will be responsible for the cost of any damage caused to the property or for any abnormal cleaning. All breakages must be notified to the owner. Guests should arrange their own holiday insurance.

Re-cycling - Guests agree to re-cycle domestic waste, as required by Fife Council. Details on arrival.
