Nydie Mains Farm and Knockhill of Nydie by Strathkinness:-
Follow the M90 motorway across the Forth Road Bridge. Leave the motorway at MILNATHORT at exit 8, and follow the A 91 signposted St Andrews and Tay Bridge through CUPAR, DAIRSIE and GUARDBRIDGE. Half a mile beyond GUARDBRIDGE, take the first right and follow the road to the entrance of STRATHKINNESS village. At the cross-roads at the entrance to the village turn right (at "The Tavern") and follow the road for around half a mile. From this point see the sketch map below.

Mountquhanie Estate
Cross the Forth Road Bridge and leave the M90 motorway at MILNATHORT at Exit 8. Follow the A91 signposted St Andrews and Tay Bridge for 15 miles. Go left at the Melville Lodges roundabout onto the A92 for 7 miles to a signpost for RATHILLET (on the left) At the crossroads immediately after the signpost turn left signposted HAZELTON. Directions to Abbotsford Place, St Andrews
Via the M 90 motorway across the Forth Bridge. Leave the motorway at Milnathort on the A 91 at Exit 8, and follow the A91 signposted St Andrews and Tay Bridge. Follow the A91 through Cupar, Dairsie and Guardbridge into St Andrews. Once in St Andrews you will pass Rusacks Hotel on your left, go straight on, over the mini roundabout and the entrance to Abbotsford Place is three hundred metres on the right, directly before the traffic lights.
