Nydie Mains Farm is situated three miles west of St Andrews and within a mile of the village of Strathkinness. It overlooks the Valley of the River Eden and enjoys superb panoramic views towards the River Tay and the foothills of the Grampians.

Formerly two farm cottages. Next to the quiet, private road leading to Nydie Mains Farmhouse (200m) and adjacent to Braeface and Midloan Cottages. The cottage has its own enclosed garden as well as a sheltered and sunny patio.
