Next to the quiet, private road leading to Nydie Mains Farmhouse (200 yards away) and adjacent to Doocot Cottage. The cottages enjoy views over the surrounding farmland and share an enclosed garden.

This is a beautiful area of coastal Fife countryside overlooking the Valley of the River Eden and St Andrews Bay. It lies 3 miles west of St Andrews and within 1 mile of the friendly village of Strathkinness.
